Bias
Noun: Prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. Verb: To cause to feel or show inclination or prejudice for or against someone or something.
Bias can be conscious or unconscious, explicit or implicit. It's not always negative, as a 'bias towards action' can be positive, but in social contexts, it usually implies unfairness or a skewed perspective.
